Newly renovated: This brand new facility was fully updated in January 2015. 

Ideal for small groups: This meeting space is about 250 sq feet and can ideally sit up to 12 attendees. 

Fully equipped: You don't need to worry about what equipment to rent/buy for your meeting. A whiteboard and markers, conference telephones, 50" flat screen TV (wired to internet), a fax machine, a copy machine, a printer and a public computer are ready for your business needs. And we provide these everything at no extra cost! 

Contemporary furnished: The boardroom is comfortably and contemporary furnished and upgraded with top amenities to meet the requirements of our business guests.  

Conveniently located: We are located in close proximity to Highway 401, the Don Valley Parkway, main bus routes and the Yonge-Sheppard TTC subway station.

Coffee included: We provide all day coffee break station where your team can have continuous refreshments, such as coffee, tea and snacks.  

Internet included: We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the entire building and wired Internet connections.  

On-site parking included: Don't spend your valuable time looking for a parking space. We offer free on-site parking.
