Maryam Hotel Policies: 

CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS - Front Desk Closes at 12AM. Must be 18+ years of age to Check In. A valid piece of Identification also required.

LENGTH OF STAY - There is no minimum stay requirement at Maryam Hotel North York.

PETS - Pets are not allowed at any Maryam Hotel location.

PARKING - Parking is available on site at the Hotel. There is a $10 fee per night for parking.

BILLING - A valid credit card in your name is required to confirm a reservation. Payment for your Suite must be made in full upon check in. If you are unable to provide a credit card number, a $500 cash deposit will be required. 

METHODS OF PAYMENT - Cash, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Debit are accepted. Direct Bill privileges available upon approval. 

CANCELLATION BEFORE ARRIVAL - To Cancel a reservation or change arrival to a later date, a 48 hours' notice from 3pm on the day of check in is required. Otherwise a cancellation fee of one night will be charged. Notice can be made via Phone or e-mail.

CANCELLATION DURING STAY - To depart earlier than scheduled after check in, a 24 hours' notice is required prior to the date you wish to depart on. Otherwise a cancellation fee of one night will be charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - A valid credit card in your name is required. If you are unable to provide a credit card number, a $500 cash deposit will be required. 

SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted at any of our branches. A $500 fee will be charged if guests smoke.

Maryam Apartments/Houses Policies:

CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS - Must be 18+ years of age to Check In. A valid piece of Identification also required. 

LENGTH OF STAY - 30 night minimum stay is required at all Maryam Apartment locations.

PETS - Pets are not allowed at any Maryam Hotel location.

PARKING - one parking space per suite it included in the rate. Requests for additional parking are based on availability and charges will apply. The clearance of the parking garage is 6 feet.

BILLING - payment of the first 10 nights is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of each 30 night period is due ten days prior to the period start date.

CANCELLATION TERMS - 14 days' notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A cash deposit of atleast $1000 will be required through out your stay. May be paid with any of our accepted methods of payment.

SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted at any of our branches. A $500 fee will be charged if guests smoke.  

TAX - Stays of 30 nights or more are Tax Exempt. For Stays of less than 30 nights, a 13% HST along with a 2% Service Charge applies.
